My down sleeping bag from Sarek 2023 weighed 1.4 kg. It has been replaced with a Vesper 20 (Comfort -6 degrees) Quilt from Therm-A-Rest. It weighs 550 gr.
A quilt is often sufficient together with the right sleeping pad and you save a lot of weight. However, it entails some compromises in my opinion. There is no hood and there will be cold bridges if you sleep restlessly.
